The Role
You will be responsible for assisting both the production and installation teams with the assembly, dispatch and installation of products to ensure they meet quality standards & customer requirements.
The purpose of this role is to spend time in all areas of the business to gain a 360 understanding of Fir Trees offering, products and clients.
Key responsibilities include
- Assemble products and components in line with specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Support the manufacturing team with administrative tasks to ensure the department operates efficiently.
- Provide technical support and assistance across the full range of Fir Tree Technology products.
- Assist with the packing, labelling, and preparation of products for dispatch, ensuring orders are accurate and ready for delivery.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and consistency.
- Attend customer sites to assist with product and equipment installations, developing an understanding of Fir Tree Technology's diverse client base and their individual requirements.
