Responsibilities
- Provide support across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment & selection, onboarding and offboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate communication.
- Manage foreign employee work pass applications and renewals, particularly for construction-related roles.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Assist with the annual performance appraisal process.
- Check and verify staff attendance for payroll processing using InfoTech.
- Handle registration and renewal of CoreTrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC, and other construction-related training and certifications.
- Support and coordinate employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
- Liaise with payroll vendors on payroll-related matters.
- Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Process staff claims and reimbursements.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred, particularly in handling CoreTrade, CSOC, and MOM-related matters.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, IRAS, and MOM regulations, as well as HR best practices.
- Experience with InfoTech system will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
