  • Support risk identification, assessment and mitigation planning with stakeholders
  • Track risk actions within agreed tools, ensuring timely updates and accountability
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of risk management software, as the framework evolves
  • Act as a member of the Risk Management Committee, contributing to governance discussions, risk prioritisation, and mitigation planning
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly risk reporting to senior stakeholders, including risk trends, mitigation progress, emerging risks and key exposures
  • Coordinate risk updates and reporting inputs from business functions to support governance and decision-making
Insurance Programme Support
  • Support the placement, renewal and ongoing management of global insurance programmes (e.g. Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Property, Liability)
  • Work with internal stakeholders, brokers and insurers to gather underwriting information and support renewal strategy
  • Assist in claims notification and coordination, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage insurance renewals end-to-end, including underwriting submissions, exposure data collection, insurer meetings and renewal strategy coordination
  • Review contractual insurance requirements, indemnities and liability provisions and support stakeholders with ad hoc insurance-related queries
  • Coordinate responses to insurance and risk queries from clients, procurement teams and operational stakeholders
  • Support supplier and subcontractor insurance compliance reviews where required
  • Support travel risk, fleet risk and operational risk management initiatives globally
  • Work with Technology and Data Privacy teams on cyber risk controls and insurance alignment
  • Support business continuity and crisis management framework development where required
  • Support M&A activity, new market entry assessments and operational change projects from a risk and insurance perspective
Operational & Business Engagement
  • Work closely with Operations and project teams to understand evolving risk exposures, including delivery, motor fleet, subcontractor and client risks
  • Support embedding risk awareness into day-to-day decision making across the business
  • Assist with incident reviews and lessons learned processes where relevant
Data, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Support the development of risk data, reporting and insight, including trend analysis
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve risk controls and reduce exposure
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk and insurance processes, tools and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in risk management and/or corporate insurance (preferably within a technology, media, or professional services environment)
  • Understanding of key insurance lines such as Cyber, Tech-PI, Liability and Property
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions around the world
  • Organised and detailed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with data, systems and evolving processes
