This is a full-time permanent position, based in our London office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. Overview: Be part of the information security team to support Fifty5Blue's mission to keep our business secure by ensuring that policies, processes and best practices are followed. The role ensures compliance with all external and internal audit and regulatory requirements and is responsible for identifying and managing risks and controls to protect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of Fifty5Blue's data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Catalog Support: Provide assistance in resolving security-related tickets, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and timely closure according to established procedures.
- Access Revalidation Monitoring: Monitor periodic user access reviews and support revalidation activities to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Client Trust: Answer customer and partner due diligence questionnaires to help maintain compliance with internal guidelines, as well as external laws and regulations.
- Conduct security assessment on business applications.
- KPI Generation and Maintenance: Support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of information security processes.
- DLP Event Triage: Monitor and triage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts, identifying potential data leakage or policy violations.
- DLP Incident Analysis: Assist in the investigation and analysis of DLP incidents.
- DLP Communications: Support communication and coordination with stakeholders regarding DLP alerts, incidents, and policy updates.
- Supplier Risk Assessment: Assist in conducting supplier and third-party security risk assessments, collecting evidence and reviewing compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security.
- Good communication, influencing skills, and attention to detail.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and business partners.
Qualification:
- Qualified bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- Advanced English.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of information security frameworks, such as ISO 27001/27002, etc.
