This is a full-time permanent position, based in our London office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Transformation Finance Manager to support one of the most important initiatives across Fifty5Blue's transformation agenda. This role will provide financial leadership, governance and challenge across multiple transformation programs, including ERP implementation, standalone readiness activities, technology investments, remediation programs and organizational optimization initiatives. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong cost control, stakeholder management and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Management
- Own financial governance across transformation programs.
- Maintain detailed budgets and forecasts.
- Track actual spending against approved business cases.
- Identify cost overruns and delivery risks.
- Ensure investment spend remains aligned with approved plans.
- Separation & Standalone Costs
- Track TSA exit costs.
- Monitor remediation programs.
- Support standalone operating model initiatives.
- Ensure costs are appropriately classified and reported.
- Month‑End Ownership
- Own month‑end reporting for transformation spend.
- Review accruals, prepayments, and program accounting.
- Partner with the Group Financial Control team.
- Work closely with assigned analysts supporting journal entries, billing validation, and accrual preparation.
- Business Partnering
- Challenge budget owners at all levels of seniority.
- Influence program directors and technology leaders.
- Ensure investment decisions are supported by robust financial analysis.
- Support governance committees and steering groups.
- Executive Reporting
- Produce program‑level variance analysis.
- Deliver insights into cost drivers, delivery risks, and forecast outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- 5-8 years finance experience
- Strong project accounting and cost control experience
- Experience supporting technology programs or transformations
- Comfortably challenging senior leaders
