Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to join the Fifty marketing team and support efforts in brand awareness and lead generation. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing content, campaigns and events, as well as managing digital channels, and some day-to-day marketing operations and processes.

The marketing manager will work closely with the fractional Chief Marketing Officer (fCMO) to support and evolve the execution of the marketing plan and campaigns, with responsibility for all day-to-day execution across digital marketing channels, including the website, social, and HubSpot.

Your Responsibilities

Content Marketing

  • Assist the fCMO in developing and evolving the Fifty content marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Grow Fifty’s presence on social media through a regular cadence of engagement that promotes Fifty’s offering, insights, and people.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing content formats to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee the annual awards calendar in collaboration with commercial teams, partner on award entry drafting, and manage submissions and associated promotion.
  • Draft and publish new case study content by partnering with commercial teams, and look at creative ways to tell customer stories through a range of channels.

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event organisers, partners, and vendors.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Monitor event performance metrics and provide reports on event success.

Digital Marketing

  • Take ownership of the company website content, making regular updates to the blog and insights section, and more infrequent updates to core content pages as required, and optimisations for SEO.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media, email marketing and lead nurturing.
  • Develop innovative ideas for creative marketing executions across all channels.

Operations and Reporting

  • Generate reports on marketing performance, measuring effectiveness and ROI in partnership with the fCMO.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Your Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong background in content marketing, event management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Experience of using AI to augment work.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology and digital platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficient experience in Canva to deliver designed static and basic video assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage external relationships.

Your Salary

£45‑55K + Up to 15% company bonus scheme.
