Your Role: Our Activation team is looking for a proactive Data Operations Specialist who has a passion for tracking and reporting. This role is important for maintaining data integrity and streamlining essential operational workflows across the business. As a key player reporting directly to the Operations Managing Partner, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day data operations that underpin our performance.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Pixel Management: Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting tracking pixels and conversion tags across all major digital advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
  • Reporting Workflow Maintenance: Owning the continuous operation and optimisation of internal data reporting workflows and documentation.
  • Time Tracking System Oversight: Maintaining the internal time tracking system, ensuring accurate data capture for resourcing and client billing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital analytics, operations, or technical ad operations role.
  • Experience working within the digital advertising industry.
  • Expert Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM): Demonstrated ability to deploy and debug a variety of tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Strong Technical Understanding of Pixel Tracking: Excellent working knowledge of implementation and troubleshooting methodologies for conversion and event tracking pixels across core advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • High Proficiency in Google Sheets: Capable of handling complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation for internal reporting needs.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive for ownership and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

Your Extra Skills:

  • Experience with Data Visualisation tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Slack and creating Workflows to automate or streamline operational tasks.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs for basic data integration purposes.
  • Experience documenting technical workflows for a non-technical audience.

Your Salary: £40-45K + Up to 15% company bonus scheme.
