Driver Benefits:
- Basic Pay Rate: £15.75 to £17.65 p/h (£17.65 per hour (£15.75 basic + £1.90 holiday pay))
- Overtime: £26.50 per hour overtime (£23.63 basic + £2.87 holiday pay)
- Bonus Payments: £10.00 early start bonus (shifts starting before 04:30)
- Daily performance bonus up to £13.00 (£65 per week)
- £3.00 daily meal allowance
- £26.50 night-out allowance (when applicable)
- Weekly Pay: Friday pay day
Earnings Boost: Overtime opportunities available (Saturdays)
Development: Temp-to-perm opportunity after 8 weeks

About the role:
- Driving Class 1 ADR Wagon & Drag vehicles
- Transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials
- Completing required paperwork and maintaining ADR regulations
- Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring safe operation at all times
About you:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with 12 months experience
- Valid ADR (Class 9) Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Wagon & Drag or waste industry experience preferred
- You must be reliable, compliant, and have a safety-focused attitude
- Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
- As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.
- You must be a UK resident as we are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
