Pay Rate: £13.00 to £14.57 p/h (£13.00 per hour base rate + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour total)

Hours: Monday to Friday (06:00 - 07:00 start times)

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Porter / Drivers Mates in Bury St Edmunds to work with our client, who is a leading provider of wheeled bin distribution and waste container distribution services across the UK and Europe.

Porter/Driver Mate - the role & responsibilities:

  • Working in a 2 Person Crew with a driver
  • Delivering and collecting bins
  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Checking Delivery notes and completing paperwork
  • This is a physically demanding role.

About you:

  • We are looking for people with previous experience in this type of role, and you will be able to lift heavy items and get in and out of an HGV easily.
  • You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
