Role Responsibilities:
- Project manage and execute major 2026 events including London Screenings (Feb), London Dinner (Aug/Sept), MIPCOM (Oct), Content London (as applicable), and additional screenings.
- Build event timelines, run-of-show plans, and budget trackers.
- Develop clear pre-event communication plans for senior leadership and Sales.
- Manage vendors, venues and on-the-ground production.
- Ensure events are delivered smoothly, professionally, and on schedule.
- Manage day-to-day marketing support for EMEA and APAC third-party titles, ensuring strategic alignment across positioning, materials, and sales readiness.
- Adapt and implement creative campaigns tailored to market needs.
- Manage and quality-control all sales materials (decks, blasts, decks, artwork, metadata).
- Work with the LA Creative team to shape key art, trailers/promos, and global campaign assets.
- Coordinate creative deliverables from markets such as catalogs, booth/wall design, and banners.
- Track feedback, route assets, organize approvals, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage agency/vendor for market creative and smaller collateral needs.
- Drive project management to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, to brief, and to the highest standards.
- Provide regular status updates to the Head of Marketing, Head of Distribution, and wider global Sales teams.
- Maintain clear communication between London and LA, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Several years of experience in entertainment or TV distribution marketing.
- Proven experience coordinating events and supporting multi-territory campaigns.
- Demonstrated success managing vendors, agencies, and production partners.
- Strong familiarity with marketing asset workflows, approvals, and clearances.
- Highly dependable operator who can maintain structure and consistency.
- Strong knowledge of the global or EMEA television landscape.
