FIFTH Movement in Manchester is looking for a Holiday Camp Operations Manager to own three connected streams—HAF delivery, parent-paid camps and compliance including safeguarding and Ofsted readiness.
You will build the programme, shape policies and systems, recruit and develop a team, and scale the operation as the business grows.
This is a full-time role with impact across Greater Manchester, requiring organisation, budget awareness and strong stakeholder relationships.
