As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our talented team — someone who’s passionate about link-building, technical optimisation, and delivering measurable results.
The Role
As an SEO Specialist, your primary focus will be on off-page SEO and technical performance. You’ll own backlink strategies, manage domain authority growth, and conduct audits to uncover technical improvements. While your expertise lies in off-page and technical SEO, you’ll also support the wider SEO team across content and on-page optimisation projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-impact link-building and digital PR campaigns to improve authority and rankings.
- Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and content-led strategies.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SE Ranking.
- Work closely with developers to implement fixes across site architecture, indexing, CWV, structured data, and crawlability.
- Monitor and manage backlink profiles, disavowing harmful links and ensuring strong link equity.
- Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM, and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an SEO role, with a clear focus on off-page and technical SEO.
- Proven success in link-building, outreach, and domain authority growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: site speed, indexation, schema markup, crawl optimisation.
- Confidence using SEO tools: SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GTM.
- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to translate data into clear, client-friendly insights.
- Working knowledge of content SEO and on-page best practices.
- Up-to-date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms including WordPress and Shopify.
- Bonus: experience with local SEO, international SEO, HARO, or outreach platforms like Pitchbox or BuzzStream.
