The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead hiring efforts across multiple brands and functions, from ambitious graduates to seasoned specialists. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, drive improvements, and work directly with hiring managers to shape talent strategy.
- Manage 10–15 live roles at any one time across business units
- Own the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs
- Use creative sourcing and direct outreach to improve candidate pipelines
- Track performance and share hiring insights with the People team
You will need:
- 18 months to 3 years' recruitment experience (agency or R2R)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven stakeholder management confidence at all levels
- A natural flair for engaging candidates and building brand value
- A collaborative mindset and hunger to develop
