The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead hiring efforts across multiple brands and functions, from ambitious graduates to seasoned specialists. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, drive improvements, and work directly with hiring managers to shape talent strategy.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will…
– Manage 10–15 live roles at any one time across business units
– Own the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer stage
– Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs
– Use creative sourcing and direct outreach to improve candidate pipelines
– Track performance and share hiring insights with the People team
You will need…
– 18 months to 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or R2R)
– Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
– Proven stakeholder management confidence at all levels
– A natural flair for engaging candidates and building brand value
– A collaborative mindset and hunger to develop
