My client is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their specialist Private Equity Value Creation practice.
This is an opportunity to join an established, high-performing desk focused on identifying and placing senior Value Creation, Portfolio Operations and Operating Partner talent into Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across the UK, US and Europe.
My client partners with leading Private Equity investors to identify the people responsible for driving operational improvement, transformation and value creation across their portfolios. Working across retained and contingent executive search mandates, you will operate at senior level, advising clients on critical hires and building long-term relationships across the PE ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior-level searches across the Private Equity Value Creation market.
- Build and develop relationships with Private Equity firms, Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations teams and senior portfolio company executives.
- Deliver retained and contingent search assignments for Value Creation, Portfolio Operations and operational leadership positions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term client partnerships.
- Manage the full search lifecycle, from business development and market mapping through to offer management.
- Develop deep market knowledge across the PE Value Creation landscape and establish yourself as a recognised specialist.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
About You
- A proven track record within recruitment or executive search, ideally specialising in Private Equity, Value Creation, Portfolio Operations, Management Consulting or another relevant professional services market.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing senior or executive-level search processes.
- Commercially minded, ambitious and highly consultative.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across Private Equity and portfolio businesses.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term relationships.
