Recruitment Lead – Tech into Life Sciences
£50,000 – £70,000 base, up to 40% commission (OTE £120k+)
London | Hybrid (City of London office + remote flexibility)

The Recruitment Lead will spearhead the European market for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science and wider engineering functions. You’ll take ownership of a warm desk, build and lead a team, and partner with innovative Life Science and Digital Health clients.
From day one, you’ll have access to live demand and warm relationships, but the role is built for someone who thrives on growth: developing new clients, headhunting niche technical talent, and positioning yourself as a go-to recruiter in one of the most exciting sectors out there.
Within 6 -12 months, the expectation is that you’ll be leading a team, passing on your knowledge, and shaping a practice that could scale into a major revenue stream for the business. You’ll have a genuine voice in how this vertical is built .. this is a phenomenal opportunity to create something with your name stamped on it.

You Will Need
- 3 – 8 years full desk recruitment experience
- Proven track record in Life Science, AI/ML or broader technology recruitment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing recruiters.
- Confidence in running a 360 desk with consultative BD skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and niche technical candidates.
- Entrepreneurial drive and appetite to grow a practice internationally.
