FIFTEEN WEST is seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join its Private Equity Finance practice. You will own a high-performing desk, partnering with private equity funds and their portfolio companies across the UK and Europe, recruiting senior finance professionals into CFO, Finance Director and leadership roles.

The role includes retained and contingent mandates, business development, and mentoring junior consultants, with a hybrid working pattern and strong progression.
