Fractional Leadership Consultant | Life Sciences London | Hybrid | Executive Search, Advisory & Fractional Leadership

If you're a recruiter who enjoys building relationships with founders, investors and senior leadership teams — and you're looking to move beyond traditional contingent recruitment — this could be one of the most interesting opportunities in the market right now.

We're partnered with a key client, a global life sciences talent business, to hire a lead into their rapidly growing Fractional Leadership & Advisory Practice. This isn't a typical recruitment desk. You’ll be working with:

  • Founders, CEOs & Board members
  • Fractional C‑Suite leaders
  • Investors, Venture Capital & Family Offices
  • Advisory Boards & Interim Executives

Rather than reacting to live vacancies, you'll build long-term strategic partnerships with high-growth life sciences businesses, helping them access the leadership, expertise and advisory support they need to scale.

Why This Opportunity?

  • One of the most commercially attractive markets in life sciences
  • Existing platform already established with: 75+ MSAs and contract agreements
  • Strong VC and investor network
  • Existing fractional and advisory success stories
  • Work directly with founders and investors across key biotech hubs in Europe & North America
  • Opportunity to help build and shape a high-growth business unit with a genuine leadership pathway.

Who Could Be a Fit?

  • A high-performing contingent recruiter looking for something more consultative
  • An executive search consultant
  • A life sciences recruiter wanting exposure to founders and investors
  • An experienced recruiter operating in the VC/PE space who is open to transitioning this into Biotech/LS

You do NOT need to have done fractional/interim recruitment previously. They are happy to consider perm recruitment profiles. What matters most is:

  • Natural gravitas and credibility
  • Ambition to build something long term

Compensation

£50,000–£80,000 base (flexible for exceptional talent) + management override + uncapped commission paying up to 40%. Strong earning potential through a highly profitable fractional and advisory model. Clear progression into leadership over time.

If you’d like to build relationships with some of the most exciting biotech founders and investors in the market while developing a genuinely differentiated desk, I’d love to tell you more. Reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
