They are looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Events Manager to help keep a growing recruitment office and a busy events schedule running smoothly As the Operations & Events Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring operations run efficiently from technology to onboarding, supporting company initiatives, and delivering memorable internal and external events. You will also be the culture driver for the social office. Own day-to-day business operations, including office management, technology support, and supplier coordination. Everything that keeps a busy office running smoothly Coordinate all event logistics, including venue sourcing, budgeting, supplier management, travel arrangements, guest communications, and on-site execution Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring all equipment, systems access, training schedules, and welcome processes are in place to create an exceptional employee experience Support company culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, and the well-being programmes Help improve internal processes, systems, and operational efficiencies across the business Manage internal communications and ensure smooth office logistics Ideally, experience within a sales-focused business and experience in a recruitment agency would be advantageous Private healthcare Enhanced parental leave Full-time office-based role in a vibrant London location Opportunities to grow within a successful and expanding business Regular team events and company socials
