FIFTEEN WEST is partnering with a high-performing international search business to appoint a Managing Director to lead and scale its Professional Services recruitment platform across the UK and US. This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruitment leader looking to build at scale within one of the fastest-growing areas of the professional services market. The platform already has strong market credibility, established client relationships and active revenue streams across advisory, consulting and private capital environments.
The business partners with leading advisory firms, PE-backed consultancies, Big 4 environments and high-growth professional services platforms across Tax, Audit, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, CFO Search, Interim Consulting and Compliance & Risk. With international infrastructure, established delivery capability and leadership backing already in place, the business is now investing heavily into the next phase of growth.
The Managing Director - Professional Services Recruitment will lead the strategic expansion of the platform, combining leadership, business development and senior search execution across retained and contingent mandates.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something significant
