The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to join the London team, with a particular focus on the Investment Banking market. Working closely with Partners and senior members of the business, you will support and deliver retained executive search assignments across Investment Banking and related financial markets.
You will work closely with senior clients and candidates, gaining exposure to C-suite and leadership mandates while developing your own network and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver retained executive search assignments from initial briefing through to completion.
- Conduct market mapping, research and candidate identification across Investment Banking.
- Build relationships with senior executives and Investment Banking professionals.
- Assess and interview senior candidates, providing market insight to clients.
- Support client meetings, candidate presentations and search updates.
- Produce high-quality search reports, market maps and client materials.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and introduce qualified leads to Partners.
- Build a strong reputation and network within the Investment Banking market.
The Successful Candidate Will Likely Have
- 2+ years' experience within executive search or recruitment.
- Experience recruiting into Investment Banking, Financial Services or another relevant professional services market.
- Exposure to senior or executive-level mandates.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, ambitious and highly organised.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within executive search.
