Associate Executive Search
Location: City of London
- Base salary: ÂŁ32,000
- Discretionary bonus and performance-based commission
- 2:1 or above at Bachelors level is preferred but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Associate you will be given the chance to move into an end-to-end search role as you progress. In your first 6 months, you’ll be immersed in active mandates and client delivery, working directly with Principals and Partners on high-impact retained searches.
You will:
- Build market maps and conduct detailed research across industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors
- Engage with senior-level candidates across the UK and Europe
- Support pitch preparation, candidate assessment, and client reporting
- Participate in weekly project calls and contribute to active mandates
- Learn the full retained search lifecycle with a path toward end-to-end delivery and business development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and motivated by long-term development over short-term sales
- Comfortable presenting, interviewing, and thinking commercially
- Strong academic background and written communication skills are a must
