Role Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused leader to spearhead our UK growth. As UK Country Head, you’ll be responsible for building local partnerships, scaling revenue, enhancing user experience, and aligning with our global vision. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to make a measurable impact in the financial services sector by redefining how consultancy, recruitment, and solution delivery operate in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & Expansion: Own the UK go-to-market strategy and revenue targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with banks, fintechs, consultancies, and enterprise clients.
  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive platform usage and subscriptions across all four pillars: Talent, Providers, Training, and Solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Help build a local team of specialists as needed and inspire high performance across functions.
  • Brand Presence: Represent FIFTEEN at UK industry events, roundtables, and client briefings.
  • Platform Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback and contribute to feature improvements to align with UK market expectations.
