We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Mortgage Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support mortgage advisers with both pre- and post-sale administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist mortgage advisers with the completion of post-sale documentation and administration
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
- Maintain and update client records within internal systems
- Handle client enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Prepare and issue client correspondence
- Monitor the progress of mortgage applications and provide regular updates to clients and advisers
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar role preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage-related software systems
