What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Managing multiple licence applications simultaneously from preparation through approval.
- Tailoring governance, compliance, and operational frameworks to meet jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for regulators and supervisory authorities.
- Leading pre-application discussions, regulatory submissions, RFIs, and ongoing supervisory engagement.
- Managing external legal counsel and regulatory advisers globally.
- Coordinating internally with legal, compliance, product, finance, treasury, and operations teams.
- Monitoring global regulatory developments across digital assets, stablecoins, payments, and institutional finance.
- Supporting investor discussions, fundraising activity, and strategic growth initiatives through strong regulatory positioning.
- Building scalable internal licensing processes and, over time, hiring and leading a high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-10 years of experience within licensing, regulatory affairs, compliance, or financial services regulation.
- Proven experience successfully securing licences and authorisations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, stablecoins, payments infrastructure, EMIs, or institutional financial services.
- Experience engaging directly with regulators and representing businesses in high-stakes regulatory discussions.
- Exceptional project management and organisational capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance regulatory expectations alongside growth objectives.
- Strong communication skills across technical, regulatory, operational, and executive audiences.
