The business is scaling rapidly across international markets and works with sophisticated counterparties across digital assets, payments, fintech, trading, treasury, and high-growth global industries.

The desk is focused on delivering seamless institutional execution across fiat, stablecoins, and digital assets combining deep liquidity, fast settlement, and white-glove client service for professional counterparties worldwide. If you thrive in fast-moving markets, enjoy building trusted client relationships, and want to be part of the infrastructure powering the future of finance, this role offers exceptional long-term growth potential.

We are looking for an ambitious OTC Trader to join a growing institutional trading desk in London. This is a highly client-facing execution role where you will manage your own portfolio of counterparties, execute large-ticket transactions, and become a trusted advisor to institutional clients navigating digital asset markets. You will work alongside experienced traders and senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-value flows, sophisticated market participants, and the operational mechanics behind institutional crypto trading and settlement.

This is more than simply executing trades; it is an opportunity to build commercial relationships, grow a client book, and establish yourself within one of the fastest-growing areas of institutional finance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Quote, execute, and manage OTC trades across crypto, stablecoin, and fiat markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and professional counterparties.
  • Manage end-to-end client interaction across execution, onboarding, settlement, and ongoing account servicing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client trading behaviour, liquidity needs, and preferred market structure.
  • Work closely with senior traders on larger or more complex transactions.
  • Coordinate with operations, treasury, and compliance teams to ensure seamless settlement and execution.
  • Support the onboarding of new institutional clients and trading relationships.
  • Maintain accurate trade records, reporting, and client activity tracking.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the desk through strong commercial awareness and relationship management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience within OTC trading, institutional execution, FX, prime brokerage, commodities, or financial markets.
  • Experience managing client relationships within a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows and execution processes.
  • Genuine passion for digital assets, crypto markets, and the evolution of global finance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with professional counterparties.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable operating in real-time market environments.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to grow client flow and deepen relationships.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with the wider desk.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network of institutional trading or OTC contacts.
  • Experience within crypto-native trading environments.
  • Exposure to payments, treasury, settlement, or stablecoin infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with institutional custody, blockchain analytics, or onboarding workflows.
  • Experience working with high-growth sectors such as fintech, trading, payments, or digital-first businesses.

Why Join?

  • Be part of a business helping shape the future of institutional digital asset markets.
  • Work directly with experienced traders and industry leaders.
  • Gain exposure to sophisticated institutional counterparties and global transaction flow.
  • Real opportunity to grow into a senior trading position over time.
  • High-performance environment with significant commercial upside.
