The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, driving acquisition activity from initial identification through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Origination
- Develop and execute acquisition sourcing strategies across multiple sectors.
- Build relationships with founders, shareholders, business owners, brokers, accountants, and corporate finance advisers.
- Generate proprietary deal flow through networking, direct outreach, and market engagement.
- Create and manage a robust acquisition pipeline.
- Transaction Execution
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities and prepare investment recommendations.
- Lead negotiations and transaction structuring discussions.
- Manage Heads of Terms and Letter of Intent processes.
- Coordinate legal, financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.
- Work closely with external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Drive acquisitions through to successful completion.
- Strategic Development
- Partner directly with the CEO on acquisition strategy and growth initiatives.
- Identify emerging opportunities across existing and new industry sectors.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the platforms buy-and-build strategy.
- Present opportunities and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Minimum 7 years experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Search Funds, or Buy-and-Build environments.
- Proven track record of converting acquisition opportunities into completed transactions.
- Experience sourcing opportunities directly from founders and business owners.
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple live transactions simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards execution and results.
