Following another record sales year and as part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, effective pipeline management, and consistently winning new clients. This role suits a self-starter with a strong “hunter” mentality, someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and takes ownership of their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed margin targets.
- Identify, prospect and engage new business opportunities across the UK.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner.
- Consistently hit profit margin targets and agreed KPI’s.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity within the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
