You will be responsible as part of a team for Clerical/Reception Office practice and procedures.

Requirements

• 4 National 5s or equivalent – including English
• Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain Basic Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland

Responsibilities

• Accept bookings for facilities, courses, and events both current and advanced using a computerised system, receipting, and cash handling
• Strictly adhere to financial guidelines related to cash handling, cash receipts, and recording
• Maintain and update various databases
• Processing of Data, Financial, and Non-Financial information (input, retrieval, and interrogation)
• Use of ASH to raise invoices and Oracle ERP to pay invoices/order items
• Ensure correct completion and processing of all relevant forms, both manual and computerized
• Processing memberships
• Undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports, etc.
• Sickness reports
• Filing, photocopying
• Other administrative duties
