You will be responsible as part of a team for Clerical/Reception Office practice and procedures.
Requirements
- 4 National 5s or equivalent – including English
- Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain Basic Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland
Responsibilities
- Accept bookings for facilities, courses, and events both current and advanced using a computerised system, receipting, and cash handling
- Strictly adhere to financial guidelines related to cash handling, cash receipts, and recording
- Maintain and update various databases
- Processing of Data, Financial, and Non-Financial information (input, retrieval, and interrogation)
- Use of ASH to raise invoices and Oracle ERP to pay invoices/order items
- Ensure correct completion and processing of all relevant forms, both manual and computerized
- Processing memberships
- Undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports, etc.
- Sickness reports
- Filing, photocopying
- Other administrative duties
