Job Description
Contract Type: Part‑time, 30 hours per week
Closing Date: Sunday 2nd November 2025
Interview Date: Monday 10th November 2025
You will be responsible as part of a team for Clerical Office practice and procedures.
Requirements
4 National 5s or equivalent – including English and numeracy subjects
Before confirming appointment you will be required to obtain a Level 1 Disclosure from Disclosure Scotland
Responsibilities
- Accept bookings for facilities, courses and events both current and advanced using a computerised system, receipting and cash handling
- To strictly adhere to financial guidelines in relation to cash handling, cash receipts and recording
- Create new databases/spreadsheets
- Maintain and update various databases
- Processing of Data, Financial and Non Financial information (input retrieval and interrogation)
- To ensure correct completion and processing of all relevant forms both manual and computerised
- Processing memberships
- Undertake word processing of letters, memos, reports etc
- Sickness reports
- Filing, photocopying
- Other administrative duties
