Fife Resource Solutions, an ALEO of Fife Council, is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to lead human resources across the organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will bring up-to-date employment law knowledge and coach managers in HR practices while supporting sickness absence, disciplinary and performance management processes.
You will also develop HR policies, handle workforce change procedures, deliver HR training and improve access to employee benefits, building effective stakeholder relationships.
