Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly, efficient and effective first point of contact for OnFife customers and visitors.
- Perform ticketing, cash handling, room and event enquiries, and bookings administration.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service information and support the delivery of OnFife services.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of OnFife.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment and interacting with the public.
- Previous cash handling and reconciliation procedures experience – essential.
- Experience in a box office or reception role, and a demonstrable record of delivering a high level of customer service – desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer‑first attitude with a can‑do mindset.
