The successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, which will involve creating, monitoring and reviewing care plans and keeping accurate records of support planning as well as ensuring the service user is being offered the opportunities, experience and the care and support within their care plan.

Fife Council is committed to delivering services which are responsive, reliable, efficient and effective. Interviews are being conducted face to face.
