The Person

You must have a passion for working in the outdoors and be able to give good examples of this and the ability to carry out work of a repetitive nature whilst maintaining quality of work. An interest and passion in the environment is also advantageous to the role. You should possess good communication skills and be able to transfer these in different circumstances e.g. dealing with members of the public and colleagues. You should be a good team player as well as being able to work alone and unsupervised at times. Some basic experience carrying out maintenance duties would be useful. You should have the ability to follow complex instructions, stay calm and work well under pressure and deal with confrontation. You will need to use your initiative as and when required. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to be able to work unsupervised and independently as part of a wider team. You will possess good communication skills; be customer focused and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude at all times.
