Job Details
The Fife Housing Register Partnership provides the focus for improving services to housing applicants and people living in vulnerable housing circumstances. Due to a temporarily secondment, an opportunity has been created for a highly motivated and committed individual to play a key role in the revised development plan. We a Lead Officer to support the implementation, lead the FHR Team and fully enable the Partnership to improve services to customers across the access, allocations and homelessness environments. The successful applicant will be part of the Housing Access Leadership Team and play a key role in Partnership development so must be able to demonstrate the following skills, abilities and experience
considerable experience of housing services
experience of policy / strategy development and implementation
ability to manage change effectively
experience of performance management and quality assurance
document and improve Housing processes and procedures,
business information analysis and reporting,
experience of partnership working

The Person
If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you:
Educated to SCQF level 8, which includes Highers or SVQ level 3 or equivalent, preferably in housing, care or related
You should have considerable experience of Housing Services and knowledge of standards across functional areas.
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
We are currently shaping our future workstyles however, in light of current advice, we are introducing blended home/office working that will include office access days each week with homeworking for the remainder of your working time
