Based at Bankhead Central, Glenrothes, Monday to Friday, 36hrs on a grade of FC4. We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced Admin Assistant to provide administrative support in Fleet Services.
The postholder has specific responsibility to provide administrative support for customer service level agreements, fleet operating procedures, and compliance with the Fleet Operators Licence.

The Person
SVQ2 / Higher grades / NC or equivalent in administration, information management, business process management, or related areas.
You are required to have previous experience working in an office environment.
The ability to provide a regular and effective service.
You should be able to use your own initiative, work independently and as part of a team, and have experience in prioritising your own workload and managing your time whilst having the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
You should have a high level of customer care skills and display a flexible attitude to work and change, with a positive, pro-active approach.
You must have the ability to use multiple IT systems, have excellent administrative skills, and experience of responding quickly to changing demands and problem-solving skills.
