We have a temporary vacancy to join our team working 20 hours, Monday – Friday as required. This post is temporary for 1 year.

CUPAR

  • Bell Baxter High School – 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 38-week, term-time contract.

  • You will earn a competitive salary of £24,740.74 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

  • We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.18 per hour for this post. plusextra payments for shift work, including weekends.

  • Pay is annualised (equal instalments every 4 week pay period).

  • Membership of Fife Pension Fund which is part of the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS Scotland).

  • This work is about providing customer service, ensuring pupils and staff receive hot or cold meals every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference with the meals you have served. On the job training is given working towards a Food Hygiene Certificate.

    The Person

    No specific qualification is required for this post as full training will be given.

    Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

    You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
