About The Role
This role will promote Modern Apprenticeships across Fife College Apprenticeship provision by engaging with employers, schools, community organisations and prospective candidates and, support the recruitment, onboarding and enrolment of apprentices.
You will work closely with employers and apprentices to ensure contracted start targets are achieved and all funding body onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Acting as a key link between employers, apprentices and Modern Apprentice Teams, you will provide a professional, customer-focused service throughout the recruitment journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who has and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities, as well as havingaprofessional and customer-focused approach.
You'll bring:
- Knowledge of Modern Apprenticeship funding, frameworks and programmes
- Experience of building positive relationships with clients, employers or stakeholders
- Experience of administration and maintaining accurate records
- Strong presentation and engagement skills
- The ability to use databases, CRM systems and electronic records system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
