About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform suite. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing custom solutions that meet our clients\’ complex business requirements, driving their success in today\’s competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM and Logic Apps Platform.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement advanced functionality using out-of-the-box features, custom code, and integrations with third-party services.
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Dynamics 365, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and related technologies to drive innovation within the company.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices for Dynamics 365, Logic Apps and Power Platform projects, including continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing, to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies, including .NET, Power Apps, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Experience of the full life cycle implementation across multiple versions of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products (including design, development, data management and integration, quality assurance and documentation) and an ability to enhance the user experience or solve complex processes (whether using server side or browser-based options) and deciding when to deploy for maximum results.
- Proven experience in configuration, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, applying best practices (such as application security and access control), of solutions for D365 and Portal Apps (such as Model Driven and Canvas Apps including formulas, Liquid, Power Automate, D365 and business workflows, certain aspects of Power BI) testing and implementation, SharePoint lists, plugin (C# dotnet), client-side scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery), and integration via API s and page embedding.
- Experience and strong understanding of tenancy administration management with environment configuration, capacity monitoring and planning, database backups, restore procedures and ensuring the continual service of the platform by knowing how to escalate, communicate and manage issues with staff and Microsoft engineers.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is highly desirable.
