About Fierce Face
Fierce Face is a skin clinic based in Clapham with a science-backed yet deeply personal approach. We’re now looking for a medically oriented aesthetician with a passion for improving skin health. Since being founded in 2019, we have grown from a home care venue to a two-room private mews clinic in Clapham. We are proud to be independently owned and will continue to be so, but we are run effectively - with direction, structure, and a transparent bonus system in place.
We would favour applications with medical experience, such as nurses or physician associates who are GMC, NMC, or GDC registered, even doing alongside NHS work - though it is not a requirement to have an injectables qualification or be a prescriber to apply. For the right person, this also allows you to grow with the business, in terms of qualifications, seniority and compensation. Extensive monthly training including both offsite and onsite in accordance with a specific training plan worked on alongside the team.
Our bonus structure and collaborative decision-making reflect that.
- Hours: Full-time or part time
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, but open to part-time applicants if covering evenings and weekends
- Weekend days: an average of 1 day every week (around 7 hours between 9-5 pm) on a weekend
- Evenings: we would require 4-8 pm to be covered on at least 3 evenings of the weekdays
Benefits include a quarterly free treatment of choice, a quarterly retail product, trade price for all retail products from whatever brand we retail at the clinic (currently iS Clinical and Medik8) and the bonus scheme based on performance and contribution.
