The role involves advising clients, guiding platform deployments, providing training and consultation, and driving continuous engagement to ensure satisfaction and account expansion.
- What you’ll be doing
- Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.
- Understand clients’ construction needs and current technology stacks to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into day‑to‑day workflows.
- Manage a portfolio of customers to improve their Fieldwire usage and processes.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct web‑based and in‑person training and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire.
- Assist the product team in identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for improvements.
- Troubleshoot, as necessary, and resolve technical issues to answer product questions.
- Required skills and experiences
- 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably with a combination of field and office management roles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and strong time‑management abilities.
- Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels, from tradesmen to senior‑level managers.
- Basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion.
- Understanding of how the different parties on a construction project interact to drive a successful schedule and budget.
- Ability to creatively brainstorm unique solutions to client issues.
- Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
