The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager for a new 3 Bed home in Gravesend Kent supporting 8-18s with EBD, SEMH and challenging behaviour. We will be supporting 2 children, where the emphasis will be on high quality of care. There will be tremendous opportunities to grow.

Registered Manager Skills and Abilities:- Able to work within the principles of the Children’s Act.
- Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Child Protection Issues and Procedures.
- Sound knowledge of Children’s Homes procedures and relevant issues.
- At least 1 year working experience as a Registered Manager in a Registered Children’s Home where the rating of their home is good to outstanding.
- A minimum of two years’ experience at senior support level in a Children’s Home.
- Experience working with children who have Mental Health, Emotional & Behavioural difficulties.
- Have a very good understanding of the children’s homes regulations and quality standards, 2015.
- Have good knowledge and experience working as a designated safeguarding lead in children’s residential home(s).
- The Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or you are willing to work towards this).
- Or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Children’s Pathway) combined with a Leadership and Management Qualification.
What Can We Offer our Registered Manager?
- Full Time Role ÂŁ55,000 - ÂŁ65,000 dependant on Experience and Qualifications.
