Qualified Nurse Independent School Heol-Y-Parc, Pentyrch Wales CF15 We are looking for a qualified nurse to join our team on the outskirts of Cardiff.
You be working at our school which provides Education and therapy with in-house specialist teams provide Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Positive Behaviour Support, offering coordinated, consistent provision across the school day.
We are equipped for complex needs and deliver personalised programmes, whether for profound and multiple learning difficulties or social, emotional and mental health needs, in full compliance with the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act.
Our school has up to 40 pupils aged 3–19 As part of our nursing team, you’ll be putting together health care plans, Protocols, risk assessments and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team from the health authority and other outside agencies who support that individuals.
You’ll be administering medications, carrying out other nursing procedures and providing psychological support.
