We require a Group Financial Accountant to join our collaborative finance team in Windsor. The Group are a fast-growing, acquisitive group with over 120 sites that support children and adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. This will be a Hybrid role with some meetings taking place in Windsor during the year.

Reporting to the Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you’ll play a central role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities of Group Financial Accountant
- Lead on the annual audit process, acting as a key contact for external auditors
- Prepare and review statutory accounts, including disclosures and supporting documentation
