Support Workers Required for Children’s Home in Westcliff Southend Essex SS0
We have an incredible opportunity to join our Children’s Home located in Westcliff on Sea.
We provide care and support for high dependency children who have complex needs, EBD and display challenging behaviour. We try and make every day extraordinary for the children .
Our home is operational and settled. It was recently rated GOOD by OFSTED.

- MUST meet the following requirements;
- Able to work Full time
- A full UK driving license
- Level 3 Children and Young People Diploma (Must have)
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- An understanding that this role will require to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children.
- This will include working shifts and sleep-in
- Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour is a must
- Join us as a Residential Support Worker at our home in Westcliff we can offer:
- £13.50 per hour plus £50 sleeps shift pattern normally 2 on 4 off
- 37.5 /40 hours per week
- Full induction and introductory programme
- Fully funded training and qualifications
- Enhanced pay scales that recognise both qualifications and experience
