Deputy Manager Residential Children’s Home Hackney London E8 £45k OTE We are looking for a Children’s Home Deputy Manager to join Children’s Home operating as a Solo Unit located in Hackney London E8 The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have EBD and complex needs. This is a growing Organisation who want to progress their staff hence a great training schedule. Deputy Manager Salary and Benefits £15.50-£18 per hour plus sleep ins when required (£42k) Working hours will include 3 x Admin days (9am-5pm) 2 x shifts (12.5 hours) plus on call duties (1 week per month)which will increase salary by £3.3k Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer. Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Opportunity to work flexible hours.
