We are looking for Support Workers and Senior Support Workers for our lovely new 3 Bed home supporting 8-18s with EBD. This will be the chance to be involved and grow with an organisation that wants to make a difference, with an emphasis on high quality of care. There will be tremendous opportunities to grow.

- Support Worker Salary: £14 per hour
- Senior Support Worker Salary: £15.50 per hour
Support Worker and Senior Shift patterns:
- 1 week: 3 on, 4 off
- 2 week: 4 on, 3 off
Shifts are from 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am. We want staff to do both day and night shifts but will speak to people who require either just days or just nights.
Support Worker Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification is desirable; however, training will be available.
- Experience of supporting vulnerable young people within a residential care environment or similar youth worker experience.
- You will be compassionate, resilient, committed to being a positive role model, and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
- Flexible and able to work a residential care rota which includes evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Have supported children with EBD and complex needs.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (preferred).
Senior Support Worker Requirements:
- Able to work full time.
- A full UK driving license (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
- An understanding that this role will require that you undertake Enhanced DBS checks.
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children, including working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
- Experience working and supporting 6-18 year olds with EBD, challenging behaviour, and complex care.
- You will have some experience supporting children or young people with EBD.
- Seniors MUST have NVQ level 3 in Children Residential plus 2 years of Support Work experience (Children's).
