Fields & Rudd is seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the operational strategy and future growth of the company. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact within a growing business.
With the chance to take full ownership of the company’s operations and play a key role in its future direction with complete autonomy, you will have direct access to the leadership team, influencing company strategy and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage end-to-end operational processes across the business
- Collaborate directly with the owners to influence strategic decisions and overall company direction
- Make independent decisions and drive operational improvements with full autonomy
- Manage the opening of our US office
- Developing and managing reporting packs and driving leadership performance review
- CRM management and audit
- Office budget management
- Supplier relationship management (CRM/tech/Advertising) / Supplier interface (Finance, Marketing etc)
- Contracts (employee, supplier)
- Flexibility - hybrid working scheme, early finish Fridays, 2 week Christmas shutdown
