Fieldpiece is looking for a driven, strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and commercial execution across Northern England, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll find, develop, and manage a distributor market to sell Fieldpiece products.

Fieldpiece is a US-based, family-owned business with European offices in the Netherlands and England. We’ve been delivering HVACR professionals with rugged, feature-rich tools like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, and more since 1990. We’ve been in Europe since 2020 and have an excellent opportunity to continue to expand.

If you thrive in an environment where challenges are embraced, ambiguity fuels innovation, and relationships are built on trust and transparency—this is your opportunity. The ideal candidate lives in either the Greater Manchester area, West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield), Tyneside (Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland), or Scotland (Glasgow or Edinburgh), can travel 4 days a week with some overnight travel, has experience building distributor networks, and has sold technical products - tools, instruments, etc. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Execute a structured sales process, including lead follow-up and opportunity prioritization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Demonstrate and communicate expert knowledge of Fieldpiece products and solutions.
  • Monitor competitive activity and share market insights to inform strategy.
  • Use CRM to track activity, pipeline status, and provide regular sales reporting.
  • Represent Fieldpiece at trade shows, demos, and industry events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in sales, preferably in HVACR tools, test instruments, or technical products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with high accountability and commitment to achieving results.
  • Able to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple customers, events and projects effectively.
  • Skilled presenter to both individuals and groups at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Culturally aware with strong intercultural communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 4 days/week with 2 overnights/week.
What We Offer:
  • A dynamic, fun and collaborative team within a fast-growing company.
  • A competitive salary package with an attractive sales bonus scheme and car.
  • Hire-to-Retire philosophy with opportunities to develop and take your career to the next level.
  • Enthusiasm, skills, and the dedication of a worldwide team are what ultimately make us different.
