Fieldpiece is seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our growing EMEA Training Team in the UK. You'll support the sales team and Fieldpiece distributors to create, organize, and deliver training to HVACR technicians throughout the region. This is a unique opportunity for someone who brings a strong training background with an understanding of HVACR or professional tools.

As the regional training expert, you will work directly with distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals to develop and deliver world-class technical training programs that drive product adoption and customer success. You'll play a key role in educating the industry, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of one of the most respected brands in HVAC/R.

This is a remote position with approximately 50% travel throughout the region and includes a company vehicle or car allowance.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as Fieldpiece's primary technical training representative within the region.

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve technical training content, presentations, curriculum, and supporting materials.

  • Deliver engaging technical product and application training to distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals.

  • Support and strengthen relationships with existing Fieldpiece training centers.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new training center partners.

  • Build and support the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network.

  • Provide technical training support to internal sales teams and distributor partners.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives.

  • Support trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry activities.

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of HVAC/R applications, industry trends, and Fieldpiece solutions.


Qualifications
  • Experience within the HVACR industry, test and measurement industry, or professional tools market.

  • 2+ years of experience developing technical training content, curriculum, presentations, and learning materials.

  • 3+ years delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, technical schools, or training organizations.

  • Experience delivering hands-on product demonstrations and application-based training.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

  • Experience creating digital, video, or online learning content.
